South Dakota’s Governor Kristi Noem’s message is the same today as it was when she announced her Back to Normal Plan on April 28, 2020: Use common sense, handwashing, & STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK. One year later, South Dakota ranks third among states for the percentage of their poplation that has been fully vaccinated againgst COVID-19 at 22.19%, according to the CDC.
