Custer's Gulch RV Park and Campground
COVID 19: Each site is sanitized (cap to the sewer, meters, picnic tables). All pens, door handles and shower houses are sanitized continuously. Custer's Gulch RV Park and Campground is located 1/2 mile from the west entrance to Custer State Park and less than 3 miles from the city of Custer, South Dakota. It is situated on the exact location where General Custer's Expedition camped in 1874. The property features basic and deluxe camping cabins, a family cabin, and spacious full-service RV sites with 30/50 amp back-in or pull-thru options. Resort amenities include free wireless internet (see office club house for hot spot), clubhouse and outdoor grill, kitchen facilities (for additional fee), camp store, shower house, flush toilets, RV dump station, volleyball, horseshoes, laundry facilities, picnic tables, fire grates, and hiking/bicycle/ATV trails. Propane and firewood are also available for purchase. Airbeds may be provided for an extra fee. The kitchen in the Clubhouse may be used for a fee. The family cabin accommodates up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A full kitchen, satellite TV, gas fireplace, and air conditioning are some of the added comforts. Bedding and linens are provided. The deluxe camping cabins offer microwave, mini-refrigerator, a table/chairs and bathrooms. Guests must provide their own linens. The basic camping cabin includes bunk beds and a table/chairs. The bathhouse is located nearby, and guests must provide their own linens. Front desk hours are 8 am to 6 pm.
