Whistler Gulch is centrally located in the Historic Old West town of Deadwood, South Dakota. It was once a gold-mining encampment and now has become a premier vacation destination. Whistler Gulch is the only full-service campground in Deadwood and is located just minutes from Main Street. Accommodations include sites for large rigs, as well as areas perfect for small-to-mid-sized campers. The tent sites are secluded and sculpted into the hillside for maximum shade. The NEW camping cabins are perfect for those looking to "rough it," yet take advantage of sleeping in a comfortable bed. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, shower house, basketball/pickleball courts, grills, picnic tables, convenience store, and laundry facilities. Guests can also board the City Trolley right at the lodge's front door and travel to and from Historic Main Street, without having to worry about parking. Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book. Additional fee for any and all additional vehicles of $5 per vehicle per night charged at the property.
